We are a software developer, we do not ship any goods, instead we setup our customer’s carrier accounts within our ShippyPro account, this allows us to expand our carrier offering to our customers and is how we were sold ShippyPro.
During shipment submission using a customer’s carrier account with Royal Mail UK, a Sales Order Summary and Manifest is available from ShippyPro, however this displays our (software developer) information as the customer, rather than our customer’s information. I was expecting to see the ‘Sender’ information that we post to the ShippyPro API here instead.
