We’ve just launched the personalization project in our webstite,
The boutique received this morning the first few personalized orders 😊
(see example below for order MFR17303). The problem is that they can’t see the personalized message on this label.
As you know, the personalized message is available on Shopify (see example below as well).
Please can we please find a way to include both the engraved message(s) and font type on the order preparation label so the boutique can have everything on one document when preparing the order?
